1. Who we are
Magna is operated by WOODMAN THINK TANK INC, 8 The Green, Suite 4208, Dover, Delaware 19901, United States. We are the data controller for the information described here. This website is himagna.com.
2. What we collect

We never receive your full card number. Card details are entered directly into Stripe and stored by Stripe, not by us.
3. Why we use it
- To contact you about your waitlist application and your place in the founding cohort
- To take payment, bill renewals, and issue refunds
- To deliver the service: build your profile, create and publish content, and run outreach
- To provide support and respond to your messages
- To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on: contract (to deliver the service you bought), legitimate interests (to run and secure our business and respond to enquiries), consent (where you opt in, for example to analytics), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors, each handling only what their function requires:

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
We are based in the United States, and our processors may handle data in the United States and elsewhere. Where data is transferred out of the UK, EEA, or India, we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers offer, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Waitlist entries: until you ask us to delete them, or up to 24 months after your last contact with us
- Customer and payment records: for as long as you are a customer, then as required for tax and accounting (typically 7 years)
- Content and delivery material: for the life of your subscription, then up to 12 months
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data; to object to or restrict processing; to withdraw consent; and to complain to your data protection regulator. If you are in California, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

9. Cookies & local storage
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The waitlist page stores a single value in your browser’s sessionStorage to remember that you have already joined, so you are not shown the form again. It is cleared when you close the tab and never leaves your device.
If analytics is enabled in future, this policy will be updated first and consent obtained where required.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI Service Provider Level 1 processor. Access to customer information is limited to the people who need it to deliver your service. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
11. Children
Magna is a business service for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes by email.
